As a Commercial HVAC Helper, you will support our team of experienced technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial settings. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the HVAC industry and are eager to gain hands-on experience and knowledge from the best in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians in installing various types of commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs under the supervision of senior technicians.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations.
• Learn and apply new skills and techniques for HVAC system installation and maintenance.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HVAC field, with a focus on commercial systems preferred.

Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and willingness to learn and grow.

Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HVAC is a plus.
