Client Services Specialist - Fully Report

The Client Services Specialist provides proactive, engagement to support business demands through report generation with Power Bi, excel analysis, and other requests to serve client needs. This role works closely with Business Development to support new, existing, and potential clients. The Specialist also supports Client Services in preparing monthly agendas, reports, helping with client collection analysis, exclusions, and special projects based on client requests. The role must be able to juggle multiple deadlines, changing priorities, and adjust to demands throughout the day. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tracking, reporting knowledge in Power Bi, follow up and execution skills, proactive communications, and professionalism. Team contributor, takes initiative, collaborative, and good sense of humor required. A distraction-free home office environment, and ability to handle pressure are also needed to be successful.

This is a full-time, fully remote position in a fast-paced production environment.
