Sustainable Talent is searching for an U.S. Leave and Worker's Compensation Analyst. This role will be supporting our client NVIDIA.

This is a W-2 full-time contract based in Santa Clara, CA. The pay range is $34-40/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!

We are searching for a U.S. Leave and Worker's Compensation Analyst to join our client's Human Resources team and help NVIDIANs around the world navigate life's challenges by coordinating support available from NVIDIA to help in their time of need.

What You'll be doing:

  • Responding to questions from NVIDIANs by providing resources and guidance available related to NVIDIA's, leave, accommodation and Worker's Compensation programs.
  • Assisting Employee Resource Center, HR Business Partners and Legal teams to provide employee benefit support for employee incidents.
  • Partnering with Benefits team to provide personal guidance to employees.

What we need to see:

  • Passion for supporting all individuals, particularly those in times of crisis.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Ability to empathetically respond to questions.
  • Ability to listen to and understand feedback.
  • 1-2 years of experience with U.S. employee benefit programs.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience working in service of others.
  • Desire to listen attentively and understand before moving to conclusions.
  • Experience and knowledge of U.S. Worker's Compensation regulations.
  • Creativity in approach to problem-solving.
  • Confirmed examples of ability to maintain and update electronic and written communications content.
