As a Crisis Regional Director, you're at the helm of a dynamic and vital operation. Your responsibilities range from the oversight of services and facility management at our walk-in/crisis center to recruiting, training, and supervising a dedicated team of crisis staff for our centers. Monthly staff meetings and providing essential data for reports keep everyone aligned and informed. You ensure the highest standards of clinical and administrative supervision while promoting the use of cutting-edge telehealth solutions.

Your leadership is crucial in maintaining 24/7 staff coverage, processing payroll, and maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies. You collaborate closely with senior management, community partners, and even offer clinical supervision, all while fostering positive relationships with hospitals, law enforcement, and others. THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

  • Master's degree in clinical studies, social work, or a related field
  • License and credentials to be a mandatory prescreening agent
  • Strong clinical background

Experience in budgeting and knowledge of management information systems is preferred but not required. Administrative experience managing a mental health program is a plus.
