Commercial Account Specialist

Job Purpose

To manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, cultivating positive and long-term relationships with property managers. To
handle customer needs, resolve customer concerns, and provide solutions. To ensure all commercial pools and spas are swim safe
and in compliance with the Department of Health.

Job Duties

• Confer daily with customers by telephone or in person to adhere to customer needs, resolve conflict, and provide solutions
• Create quotes for commercial repairs and follow up on the quotes to ensure repairs are being made as expected and in a timely manner
• Track availability and inventory of repair parts coming from the distributors
• Work closely with Pool Technicians and Pool Maintenance Mechanics to receive/give more information regarding repairs statuses
• Review Department of Health reports ensuring all items are corrected prior to re-inspection
• Serve as the point of contact and communicate with Property Managers, Board Members and Department of Health Inspectors to cultivate positive relationships
• Work directly with Pool Maintenance Mechanics on quotes and repairs to receive status updates and keep track of timelines
• Analyze and problem solve to ensure the Client’s needs are being met
• Submit parts for warranty to ensure damaged parts are repaired and replaced
• Contribute to team effort to accomplish management set departmental objectives
• Attend training sessions and meetings as necessary
• Being present for entire required shift
• Other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Education, Certificates & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (commercial is a plus)
• 2+ years of in pool service (a plus)
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
