Midwest Cooling Towers, a leading provider of cooling tower solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Chickasha, Oklahoma. This is a full-time management position with a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, paid biweekly. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and company guidelines
  • Conduct recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee development, and disciplinary action
  • Administer employee benefits program, including enrollment, changes, and monthly billing reconciliation
  • Coordinate and conduct employee trainings and development programs
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and conflicts
  • Oversee and maintain accurate personnel records 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources management, and make recommendations for improvement as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources management role
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial industry preferred
