Role
As a Recruiter (also known as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant), you'll be instrumental in finding prospective employees for various clients across multiple industries. You'll plan and fill recruiting requisitions, determine applicant requirements, build applicant sources, attract applicants, evaluate applicants, arrange candidate interviews, and participate in job fairs. You'll also have the opportunity to improve organizational attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.
