We have been providing leading-edge service and installation of HVAC systems for more than 30 years! Locally owned and operated residential and light commercial company faithfully serving our customers in the Admas County PA area.
We are hiring an Installer to join our team!
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
What you will be doing:
- Installation of residential systems in customers' homes & light commercial settings
- Retrofit / changeout installs
- Installing energy-efficient heating and cooling systems; heat pumps, ERVs, dual fuel systems, air conditioners, and ductless heat pumps
- Excellent customer service

Qualifications / Skills:
- 1+ years' experience installing energy-efficient heating and cooling systems; heat pumps, ERVs, dual fuel systems, air conditioners, ductless heat pumps, and water heaters
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
- A high degree of professionalism
- Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising the installation process, fostering mentorship and relationships with team members while providing impeccable customer service
- Sound judgment. Ability to make decisions, work independently, and seek assistance from team members when necessary
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Able to pass a pre-hire background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC Technical School certificate of completion desired
