In the Senior Business Analyst role, part of the Business Intelligence Team, you will support the analytical responsibilities of providing organizational analysis to help support decision making and KPI/OKR monitoring throughout the organization. Candidates will be comfortable with working with raw source data all the way to fully curated datasets for generating reports and visualizations that enable data-driven decision making. Ideal candidates will excel in relationship building, analytical thinking, and business acumen in supporting all areas throughout the organization.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document data, analytics, and reporting requirements

Collaborate with engineering & product teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability, while ensuring compliance with data governance frameworks and policies

Create reports, dashboards, analysis through visualization tool (DOMO)

Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and opportunities to further drive performance

Support development and monitoring of KPIs & OKRs throughout organization to identify areas of focus and opportunities

Provide training and support to business users on data tools and reports

Be viewed as an extension of internal teams that the role would partner with


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND 5+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
  • Experience in data management, data modeling, and data integration concepts
  • Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities all in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Proficient in data querying and data analysis over large data sets, using SQL
  • Prior experience in Insurance or Contact Center industry is a plus
