P/T Receptionist/Cashier

We have a part time receptionist position the hours are a couple week days form 4:00pm-9:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-9:00pm and some Sundays from 11:00am-5:30pm. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
• Work cooperatively with the sales and service team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Occasional filing 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Professional presentation
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• A professional appearance
• Able to operate a cash register and credit card machine.
• Computer skills
