Salary: up to 80k (dependent upon experience)
Population: Older Adults
Location: Neligh, Nebraska (This is an established program and has been open since May 2020.)

As an RN / LPN Director of the Mental Health Program, your focus will be on the 3Cs; Care, Community and Compliance.
Care: Manage, lead, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA to provide high-quality care to our Older Adult patients as ordered.
Community: Engage your local community (hospital staff, providers, and community resources) through education, presentations, and one-on-one encounters, informing them of our program's services and the overall importance of mental health.
Compliance: Ensure implementation of compliant therapeutic services for patients utilizing the program, and oversee excellent patient care, including intake assessments, fall assessments, and treatment plan development.
The Nurse Director ensures that the intensive outpatient psychiatric program meets Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC) standards. Supervisor of the program staff, responsibilities include: evaluating staff performance, recruiting and screening new teams, and providing community education to create awareness of the program. Good relationship-building skills area must: comfortable and experienced working closely with the hospital high-level decision-makers. Must have a proven ability in conflict resolution and effective problem-solving. The Nurse Director directs and coordinates staff activities to ensure quality patient care. The Nurse Director will also incorporate financial accountability into program activities.
Requirements:- Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
- Associates or above required
- Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
- Passion for working with Older Adults preferred
