About the Job

• Sweep, Scrub, and Mop floors in the dining room, restrooms, and kitchen
• Sanitize and disinfect all fixtures, sinks, drains, and all surface areas in the restrooms
• Remove all trash, clean trash cans, and replace liners
• Clean and Sanitize all surfaces in the dining area including tables, ledges, window sills, doors, thresholds
• Dusting all areas of the dining room including air vents
• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment as needed
• Clean and organized storage sheds and storage areas of the restaurant as needed
• Window Cleaning as needed
• Clean Patios including ground, tables, fixtures, umbrellas
• Clean Awnings as needed
• Clean and Sanitize the back dock receiving area daily
• Assist with delivery and break down boxes as needed
• Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
• Requires some shifts on weekends and holidays
