Job Summary: Sanford Federal, Inc is looking to hire a Project Manager to provide performance management to the landscape and snow removal staff in Fort Wainwright, AK


Qualifications: The PM shall have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited College or University or five (5) years of equivalent experience in base support management

Duties and responsibilities:


· The Contractor shall be responsible for the performance of the work during the 45 services needed for this requirement (The services are needed 45 times during the winter season)

· The PM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters.

· Work in the field and sometimes in the office, providing hands-on completion of work as a mentor

· Prioritize horticultural tasks and coordinate implementation of work assignments

· Assist in preparation of work schedules

· Lead snow and ice removal operations, creating on-call lists and being available to work some evenings and weekends.

· Examine potential unsafe working conditions and order corrective

· Supervise contracted services and assist with identification of need for contracted

· As a manager, attend meetings IF necessary.
