SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
Monday – Friday
7:30 am - 4:00 pm, some overtime required after work and on Saturdays
$18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Safely and accurately loading shipments from and unloading deliveries to Company.
- Quarterly Inventory counts
- Performing finished goods quality inspections.
- Validate Shipments
- Performing vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance
- Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment
- Practice proper forklift operation and preventive maintenance
- Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries to Production or Yard Supervisor
- Unload products on inbound shipments in a timely manner
- Accurately document all shipments and receipts and report any discrepancy
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Some computer skills (Oracle, Excel, Outlook)
- Some shipping or logistics experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a certified forklift operator
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Written and verbal skills
- Basic Mathematical skills
