Warehouse Associate
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Normal, IL area, is seeking Warehouse Associates to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include:
- Robot Cover Change
- Booth Grate Change
- Walls & Windows
- Sweeping & Mopping
- Filter Changes
- Cleaning Internal & External of the Paint Booths with chemical
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Must be able to work in warm environment
Warehouse Associate Requirements
- Bending / Squatting
- Ability to walk 3-10 miles daily
- Walking up & downstairs
- Working on your hands & knees
- Standing on feet for 9+ hours, push, pull and bend throughout the shift
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- MUST wear steel toe shoes - Bump caps and safety glasses are provided.
- MUST be able to work in a warm/hot environment in the paint department.
- Team Member will be required to be at work on time and work their full shift each night. The
Shifts:
Must be available to work weekends, will have 2 scheduled days off during weekdays
- 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm
Pay:
- Weekly pay
- $18.00 per hour
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Must pass background and drug screen
