Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Gather and record accurate information from callers.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to respond to calls or incidents.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with field staff.
• Monitor and manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
• Make outgoing phone calls to provide updates, relay information, and facilitate coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, dispatches, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Respond to emergency situations with a calm and efficient demeanor.
• After Hours shifts are part of the job requirements 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Proficient in using communication equipment and computer systems.
• Familiarity with geographic locations and map reading skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
