Job Description

Bay State Physical Therapy is seeking a self motivated, ambitious full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in our Southbridge, MA clinic.As a member of our team, you will provide one-on-one individualized, high quality care that is offered in a comfortable learning environment with a focus on educating our patients about their health and wellness.


Hours:Monday-Friday; 40 hours/week


Experience in out-patient center preferred

Responsibilities include assisting with patient care in all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques as allowed by state PT Practice Act, under the supervision of a licensed PT including:


  • Perform and document treatments, and record patient tolerance and responses to treatments
  • Assist with collecting patient information related to progress notes and other patient outcome measure forms as requested.
  • Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment and treatment modalities.
