Receptionist – Part Time

*** Afternoons only ***

* ONSITE in Mt. Horeb, WI *

Pay range: $16-$19/hour

Work schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Must also be available to work Tuesday and Thursday afternoons as needed.

Temporary to Hire

Here’s a great opportunity to work part time (afternoons) at our client’s professional services practice in Mt. Horeb, WI (onsite work only). You’ll be part of a small team providing outstanding customer service and office support to the practitioner.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide friendly and professional customer service.

Duties include:

• Answering the phones
• Greeting patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Taking payments
• General clerical duties requiring basic computer skills

Requires:

HS diploma or equivalent

Basic Computer/Data Entry skills

Customer Service focus

Ideally 1+ years experience in a Receptionist/Office Assistant role
