- Lead a dedicated and experienced team of ~20 in Sales, Service, Support and Parts
- Direct Hire role, generous base compensation, range of $90,000 – $100,000 plus generous variable compensation / bonus; commensurate with experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; preferred
- 5+ years of proven experience in a sales focused environment
- 5+ years of service and support experience
- Passionate about Operational Effectiveness, Culture & Team development, and Process discipline
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive Agricultural and large equipment
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS GENERAL MANAGER AND STORE MANAGER?
- Grow customer market share through strong customer connections
- Develop and implement plans to drive both new business and aftermarket business
- Create a positive culture to develop a high performing team
- Lead and recruit top talent for succession planning
