Who will look everyone who enters the studio members, employees, vendors, visitors in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them. Who can motivate a sales team. Who listens. If something goes wrong, you get it fixed. If a member is celebrating her 20th class or his 65th birthday, you make sure theyre recognized. When sales goals are set, you surpass them.

Wed love you to have Orangetheory experience, but well take into consideration leadership and management experience somewhere else. Managerial experience, and what goes into day-to-day operations as well as an eye for the future is a plus. Heres more of what were looking for:
