We are seeking experienced Welders (Brazers) to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal parts together using various welding techniques, including brazing.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform welding operations to join metal components using brazing techniques.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications to determine the appropriate welding process.
3. Set up and operate welding equipment, including gas torches, brazing rods, and other tools.
4. Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing dirt, grease, and other contaminants.
5. Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications by inspecting finished products.
6. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
7. Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
8. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
9. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
10. Continuously improve welding techniques and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a Welder, with expertise in brazing techniques.
3. Certification in welding preferred.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding specifications.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
8. Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for welding operations.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
