Mental Health Therapist - Site Supervisor

We're currently seeking a dedicated Clinically Licensed Therapist (LSCSW, LCPC, LPC, or equivalent) to not only contribute as a therapist but also take on supervisory duties within our team. In addition to conducting engaging group therapy sessions and delivering impactful individual therapy, your role will involve supervisory responsibilities, overseeing and guiding other therapists on our team. Requirements

• Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions, complete assessments, offer coaching support, and consultation with professionals involved in the case, along with providing discharge services.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program.
• Collaborate effectively within a professional team environment, fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation.
• Offer coaching and support to clients, contributing to their personal development.
• Lead weekly consultation groups to stay informed and engaged with the team.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to complete professional assessments and treatment plans efficiently.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and digital tools for a smooth and efficient office workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current license in Kansas and/or Missouri to provide psychotherapy (e.g., LSCSW, LCPC or equivalent).
• Have experience leading and supervising a team.
• Possess knowledge in DBT therapy, or a willingness to undergo training if the right candidate.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to completing clinical notes in a timely manner.
• Availability for some evening hours, with flexible scheduling options.
• Exhibit self-starter qualities with a proactive willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Flexible Work Week Schedule:
