Entry-Level Machine Operator (First Shift)
Badger State Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our client's growing team in the Clintonville area. As an Entry-Level Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Your attention to detail and basic mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring the quality and accuracy of the products our client manufactures.
Duties:
- Load and set material into CNC machine
- Pull finished parts and inspect for correctness
- Measure to gauge depth for accuracy of bored holes
- Deburr parts and remove any debris
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated reliable employment history
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. on a repetitive basis and stand for extended periods at a time
- Desire to work for a collaborative family-owned business
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Hourly Wage: $18.00
Expected Weekly Hours: 40 – 45
