Job Description:

We are looking for a well-rounded Project Manager for work in and around the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and managing not only the projects but also the client relationship. The nature of the projects requires great attention to detail, the ability to problem solve in a cohesive effort with the client and not only the ability, but the desire to create and maintain a lasting relationship between the client, sub-contractors, vendors and co-workers.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 5 + years of experience in a Project Management role
  • A background working in Commercial Construction (High-tech, MEP intensive experience is a strong plus)

Education

  • Construction or Engineering degree is not required but preferred

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to confidently explain project dynamics and converse with customers/clients
  • Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork, schedules, budgets
  • Self-confidence and willingness to take charge of difficult situations as they arise
  • Humility in terms of being open to other ideas and/or options in the course of collaborating with team/management
