What matter most as the Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator:
- Pay starting at $50,000 annually DOE
- Direct hire opportunity

What to expect as the Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator:
- Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting, including social media.
- Effectively write and place advertising across all social media platforms
- Hire qualified personnel, working closely with hiring managers.
- Serve as backup for the Payroll Process
- Conduct New Hire Orientation either as a primary or as a co-facilitator.
- Enter new hires into ADP systems and eVerify – following up on missing documents.
- Complete verification of employment requests
- Manage employee access badge system.
Your experience as the Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
- One year of recruiting experience
- Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources
- Solid working knowledge of the ADP system and reporting.
