Job Description
Staff On Site currently recruiting for a Heat Treat/Cut off Saw Operator. The applicant will train on the first shift. Once trained the person must be able to work on the second shift. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. Second shift premium is $1.00 per hour. The first shift is from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the second shift is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Companies manufacturing departments are a relaxed pace low stress environment.
All positions will receive annual general pay increases. Employees can also increase their pay $1.25 per hour by mastering defined skill levels and proceeding to the next level. Once a company employee, the employee will be eligible for our profit-sharing plan which pays out twice per year (January and July). The employee must be a company employee at the start of the profit-sharing period.
Machine Operators
The person may perform a variety of industrial operations such as running mills, drill presses and
grinders and brazing carbide to tools. They will need the skills necessary to interpret shop
blueprints, the ability to use various geometric measuring tools and perform general math.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not necessary. Pay is
increased as more machines and jobs are mastered.
