Love teaching and educating young children? Are you an energetic, nurturing person looking for a workplace that is supportive and fun? If so, The Goddard School- Old Atlanta Road is the place for you! We are looking for part-time support staff to join our team.

Support positions are scheduled for 12:00-6:00 or 2:00-6:00, Monday-Friday. No weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Monday to Friday till 6:00pm.
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Works productively without supervision, after training period
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children
• Able to follow and implement state rules and regulations
• Dependable and flexible
• Able to always maintain professional standards

Daily responsibility include but not limited to the following:

• Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
• Supporting each child's social and emotional development with weekly lesson plans, daily schedules, and implemented program curriculum in different age groups
• Establishing and maintaining a positive and effective family relations
• Follow daily schedules which may include following daily care routines and diaper changing
• Working in conjunctions with the entire faculty to meet program goals
• Positive child and parent interactions
