Job Summary:

Bakers are a vital part of our culinary team. Bakers prepare our menu items to the Chef’s exact standards and specifications.

Daily Tasks and Projects:

• Preparation and stocking of kitchen
• Cooking menu items to exact specifications, weights, and quantities
• Cleaning and general maintenance of kitchen
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, production, and sanitation
• Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional baker, either as a chef, sous chef, line cook, or prep cook
• Excellent understanding of cooking methods, equipment, ingredients, and procedures.

Required Education, Certification, or Experience:

• Culinary school diploma not required
• SafeServ certificate

Compensation and Benefits:

• $14.50-$16.50 per hour, based on experience
