Food Prep at TABANCO

Tabanco Spanish Restaurant looking for one food prep to join our 4 person strong team. We are located on 327 Alhambra Cir. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down workstation
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Maintain kitchen areas clean

Qualifications

• Experience working in BOH position
• Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish speaker a plus
