We will train you until you are ready to be promoted to Renewal Service Professional. Meet with customers throughout the day while inspecting and providing services for various homes that best fit the customer’s needs. No exterminating experience needed!

 

This position is best suited for people who enjoy working indoors and speaking with various customers throughout the day and helping people.

What your job duties will be: 

 

  • Build relationships with customers 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Renewal Service Professional, using excellent time management skills.
  • Perform thorough inspections and evaluation of residential and commercial properties (interior, exterior, attics, and crawl spaces) and provide quotes. 
  • Perform Pest Control and Mosquito Control Services
  • Complete daily appointments, maintain accurate and legible work orders to align with Gilstrap standards 
  • Problem solve customer accounts for current and future needs
  • Generate sales leads 
  • Focus on consistent customer communication
  • Stay organized and prepare sales agreements
  • Establish long-term relationship with customers.
  • Attend internal classes for customer service, quality of service, compliance, and self-development
  • Keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle
  • Deliver value of service 
  • Communicates with service professionals, management and administrative 
  • Other duties assigned

 

Qualifications

 


  • Compliance with Drug-free Workplace Policy
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check upon offer of employment
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred
  • Ability to work in the office independently and manage route-based assignments
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
  • Able to pass internal technical exams
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
