Schedule Details:

Dove Healthcare - Barron, a resident care apartment complex (RCAC) with 35 apartments, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time director to collaborate with and lead our experienced, compassionate team. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising employees.
As the director, you will:
- tour perspective families and/or residents and respond to any family and/or resident concerns
- conduct pre-admission assessments and coordinate admission paperwork
- schedule and conduct interviews, evaluations, reviews, and other employee meetings
- round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
- pick up shifts when necessary
- schedule classes and prepare/coordinate employee meetings
- maintain employee schedules, attendance, and payroll records
- order supplies
- participate in recruitment and retention activities
Required Skills:
- established ability to manage people and processes
- knowledge of state and federal regulations
- effective problem solving and communication skills and a passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines
Required Qualifications:
- previous nursing home or assisted living administrator/director experience
