RLS offers an extensive nuclear medicine portfolio allowing clinicians to image patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. We maintain a network of full-service nuclear pharmacies nationwide specializing in the manufacturing, compounding and delivery of radiopharmaceuticals. RLS Account Managers - Nuclear Pharmacy differentiate product and pharmacy service offerings, identifies, and negotiates renewal and competitive contract opportunities within Hospital IDNs, Outpatient Imaging Centers and Cardiology Clinics.

What is an Account Manager - Nuclear Pharmacy’s Responsibilities?

•Accountable to achieve the sales operating plan target for assigned territory.

•Present company products and services to key decision makers in the hospital, outpatient, and cardiac clinics in the territory.

•Negotiate contracts with key decision makers.

•Product & service presentations to current and potential customers.

•Work with team members to increase prospects and closure rates

•Develop business plans for territory, including but not limited to, opportunity development, competitive strategies, and targets.

•Interacts with sales team to architect and execute on solutions for customers.

•Forecast sales performance to plan in the territory monthly.

•Document activity, sales, and customer info into Customer Relationship Management tool.

•Master utilization of company provided e-tools.

•Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.


What Experiences and Education Do I Need to Bring To RLS?

•Experience with PET radiopharmaceuticals and related equipment.

•Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years or Associates with 5+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals, or imaging technology.

•Contracting experience.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•60% travel.

•Valid motor vehicle license.


Desired Characteristics:

•Radiology / Nuclear medicine experience.

•Familiarity of Radiopharmaceutical industry including distribution channels and nuclear medicine imaging.

•Experience selling in Hospitals, Free Standing Imaging Clinics or Physician offices.

•Experience in imaging sales.

•Current knowledge of the local related business marketplace.
