Enterprise Application Manager

The Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida is looking for a candidate that has a can-do-attitude, is tenacious, energetic, hardworking, innovative, resourceful, and creative and is an experienced Enterprise Application Manager to join its Administrative Team.

Essential Duties and Qualifications:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Work with supervisor and management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Performs other duties/special projects as assigned.
• Technical expertise regarding data systems, data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting and visualization software (Tableau preferred), databases (SQL etc.), scripting and integration (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field and 3 years prior experience or
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field or related discipline and 5 years prior experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000 annually
