We are seeking an Admin Office to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and event
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Must have good working skills using most Microsoft products, ie. Excel, Outlook, word etc..
  • Detailed oriented, must clean and organized.  
  • Have a good memory
  • Have some marketing skills
  • Be computer and social media literate 
  • This will be a Part Time position until we start bringing in projects
