Controller - Hybrid

We’re hiring a Controller who will play a vital role in leading our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, overseeing all accounting functions, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Partner with the business units to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Conduct scenario planning and variance analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare financial models to support strategic initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital expenditures, and product launches.
  • Perform cost analysis and profitability assessments to optimize resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's long-term financial plan.
• Accounting Operations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Manage the closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial reporting compliance.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage financial risks and ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Partner with the CFO and other members of the leadership team to provide financial insights and support strategic business planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, closing processes, internal controls, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
