  • Responsible for the day-to-day as well as scheduled maintenance on all equipment within the factory.
  • · Required to take initiative to identify and solve problems, work with production and other groups.
  • · Maintains factory equipment by replacing seals, bearings, gears, shafts, conveyor belts and anything else that is worn and/or broken.
  • · Responsible with maintenance team for the cleanliness and organization of the maintenance trailer with proper storage of tools and materials in an organized fashion.
  • · Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments when required.
  • · Determines root cause of problems and develops a corrective action to remedy the problem in a timely manner.
  • · Repairs or replaces defective components and/or parts required to keep the equipment running in tip top shape.
