Accounts Receivable Payable Clerk

***$300.00 SIGNING BONUS*** (rules apply – inquire within)

Full Time $25.00+ per hour (depending upon experience)

MUST PASS A 4-PANEL DRUG TEST

Under general supervision, you will be responsible for maintaining receivable and payable transactions, assist with administrative duties within the financial department and perform other departmental duties, as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.

·         Prepare and disburse invoices to customers.

·         Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer.

·         Reconcile transactions with statements.

·         Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.

·         Offer creative budget, cash flow and other financial solutions as needed.

·         Collaborate with staff members to maintain company financial health.

·         Generate and process weekly billing and receipt of funds.

·         Account/statement reconciliation, entering bills, cutting checks, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         3+ years of experience as an AP/AR clerk/specialist

·         3-5 years experience with Quickbooks Online

·         Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and speak clearly in order to communicate effectively with both customers and staff

·         Dependable, able to work independently and as part of a team

·         High attention to detail, organization and accuracy focused

·         Ability to manage and organize large volumes of clerical work

·         Able to work within multiple timelines and deadlines
