Position Overview:

Winston is seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a Level II Trauma Center located in Suffolk, Long Island. Under the supervision of Attending Anesthesiologists, the Nurse Anesthetist will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and managing patient care before, during, and after anesthesia.

Responsibilities:

· Administer anesthesia and monitor patient responses during surgical procedures.

· Manage patient care before and after anesthesia, ensuring their safety and comfort.

· Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized anesthesia plans.

· Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to changing patient conditions.

· Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care provided.

Qualifications:

· Graduation from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia.

· Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with proof of certification.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in anesthesiology and/or acute care nursing setting, preferably in a Level I Trauma Center.

· Valid New York State nursing license.

· Certification by the Council of Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
