Loan Officer/ Account Executive

Responsibilities:

· Build, source, and maintain client relationships.

· Originate loans and analyze loan portfolios daily.

· Collaborate with Sales Manager and Marketing to identify opportunities to meet loan volume goals.

· Work directly with borrowers from intake to close, ensuring an efficient and accurate process.

· Business development, including travel within your assigned territory.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Strong computer skills

· Efficient, accurate, and organized

· Highly self-motivated and disciplined.

Experience:

· Mortgage servicing: 2 years or more (a plus)

· Sales experience

· Real Estate experience

· Familiarity with a CRM

· Cold calling experience
