Position Overview:

Responsible for machining parts using a CNC LATHE

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

This position involves design, programming and running a CNC lathe or mill. 

Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines

Review drawings, instructions blueprints or samples to ensure accurate production

· Monitoring production and production activities.

· Troubleshooting problems

Set-Up Program and make parts on CNC LATHE or MILL

Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task

· Inspecting parts when the quality manager is unavailable.

· Identifying and recommending process changes or tooling for cost savings and quality improvements.
