Dental Front Desk

We are looking for a positive, energetic, and friendly person for our front office. We are a well-established general dentistry practice that is growing as we expand our services. We need a team member who wants to learn and grow with us! Our average team/family member retention is 10+ years and we want someone who is looking for their long-term team.

Dental experience is a must! Dental front office experience is preferred. We are a mostly paperless office so strong computer skills are necessary. We use Open Dental practice management software and Dexis digital imaging software.

This is more than a receptionist position. We need the right person to welcome all our patients, answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner, and work closely with our insurance and treatment coordinator to properly verify benefits and schedule for the dentist and our hygienists. Dental insurance knowledge would be helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who exhibits excellent attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will be willing to help all areas of the practice to maintain practice flow and efficiency.

We work M-Th and need a person who can open and close the front office. Hours are generally M-W 7:30-5:30, Th 6:30-4:30 with a 1hour lunch.
