Paralegal Legal Assistant

Full-Time position available for an efficient, organized person to assist our attorneys and clients in probate, trust administration, and estate planning matters. Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience is preferred.  The job responsibilities will include case management from client intake through the conclusion of the case, direct interaction with attorneys and their paralegals as well as judicial assistants.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and possess excellent organizational skills. Experience with document management software, time management software, and paralegal certificate or degree is a plus.
