Our client in Bethel Park PA is seeking an : Inventory Control Coordinator to join the team
Duties:
- Monitor and manage current inventory levels, initiating purchasing orders as needed.
- Track orders and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Record purchases, maintain databases, conduct physical inventory counts, and reconcile stock levels with computer
-generated reports.
- Receive, unpack, and distribute goods, ensuring items are properly restocked and shelves are labeled accordingly.
- Update prices in the system as required.
- Process returns according to established procedures, documenting all transactions.
- Coordinate and prepare outgoing shipments, completing necessary forms and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular inventories of employee supplies, resolving any discrepancies.
- Perform routine clerical tasks including data entry, answering phones, and assisting customers.
- Operate a forklift as needed.
:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate a forklift & Pallett jack
- Prior experience with Inventory Control & Shipping/Receiving
- Willing & able to work both in the office and warehouse
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
