Job Title: Commercial Lines Producer/ Insurance Sales Agent - Experienced – Existing Book Required!!

Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid - remote + office)

Compensation: Based on Agent's Book of Business (Revenue NOT Premiums)

Introduction: We are currently seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Agent to enhance our team. This role is ideally suited for a highly skilled professional with over 10 years of experience in commercial insurance sales and an established book of business. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by leveraging their expertise and client relationships in the commercial insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and target potential new clients, utilizing a deep understanding of the commercial insurance market and competitive strategies. Present, promote, and sell commercial insurance policies using solid arguments and understanding of client needs. Bring and expand an existing book of business while exploring new opportunities to add value to the company’s portfolio. Analyze clients’ insurance needs and financial status to propose protection plans that meet their requirements. Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients and insurance providers. Stay up-to-date with new products and enhancements in the insurance industry. Provide detailed reports on sales activities, performance, and market analysis. Collaborate with the underwriting team to facilitate risk selection and policy issuance.

Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the commercial insurance industry. Existing book of business required. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Comprehensive knowledge of insurance policies and legal regulations in the commercial sector. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport with clients. Current Property and Casualty insurance license. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Skills: Significant sales experience in the industry (10+) Existing book of business (owned/ retained/ brought with you) Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, or similar.
