The Manufacturing Machine Operators will be trained in all facets of manufacturing production and will operate production equipment safely to ensure the highest quality and correct quantity in accordance with the production schedule, standard operating procedures and supervisory instructions. We offer a state-of-the-art facility with automation systems and well-maintained equipment.

Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, Overtime required as needed by Company.
Pay range: $15.50/h + diff shift

• 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm - shift differential
• 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am - shift differential

Responsibilities May Include:

• Performs all duties in a safe working manner, following all of the Company safety policies and procedures
• Customize products to designated formula
• Pre-mixing and adjusting and material loading for batches
• Move, store, load, and unload finished product(s)
• Unloading and loading of materials (with lifting assists)
• Cycle counts for receiving, shipping, as well as inventory.
• Ensures the highest product quality possible while adhering to all safety, environmental and work rules.

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to demonstrate collaboration skills and work within self-managed team environment
• Must be able to read and follow, weight fractions of ounces, and measure accurately by gallons, pints and ounces (good math skills)

You will be required to undergo a background check, and pre-employment physical and drug screening.
