Job Description
Company dedicated to exceptional service seeks a Customer Service candidate for a full-time permanent position in Raynham, MA.
Responsibilities of Customer Service:
• Provide support to sales executives
• Manage customer relations and expectations
• Assist with tasks and deliverables to vendor and customer logistics team
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in timely manner
• Distinguish and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Provide assistance and complete other administrative tasks as they are assigned
Requirements of Customer Service:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years previous experience in related field
• Superior attention to detail
• Great organizational skills
• Good computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great customer service skills
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hr
