We are seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team. You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients. 

Qualifications:

  • Be comfortable with Office 365, Windows, MacOS, iPhone general concepts (installing software, troubleshooting issues)
  • Have strong communication and people-skills.  Our business depends on serving our customers well and exceeding their expectations.
  • Be able to learn fast.  Tech is constantly changing and this candidate enjoys learning new things, being stretched technically, and advancing to the next level.
  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
