Duties include but not limited too:

  • Generating leads, converting them to solid appointments & deals.
  • Showing homes, selecting options and colors with client.
  • Processing Applications, collecting & clearing conditions.
  • Traveling for scheduled client appointments as needed.
  • Maintaining all social media accounts for the organization & yourself such as posting and responding to any messages, comments, etc.
  • Maintaining efficient and prompt follow up on all avenues including but not limited to calls, texts, and e-mails.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering client files into database.
  • Composing reports on a weekly and/or monthly basis or as requested.
  • Attending social networking or sales events
  • Putting out yard sign advertisements as needed.
  • Providing input and ideas to the marketing gameplan; assisting in creation and consistent execution.
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications including returning missed calls.
  • Handling client concerns and complaints.
  • Keeping track of receipts of office expenses.
  • Writing and providing goals on a monthly basis.
