Responsibilities:

●\tRepresent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
●\tPossess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
●\tDevelop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
●\tMaintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
●\tIdentify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
●\tGenerate leads, build relationships, plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
●\tSchedule meetings and presentations with prospects
●\tCreate, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
●\tTravel to service areas to represent the company and achieve the assigned goal
●\tVisit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
●\tDevelop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
●\tMaintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
●\tNegotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
●\tPrepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
●\tObtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
●\tMeet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
●\tAnswering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
●\tCommunicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
●\tTrack all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
●\tMaintain client records.
●\tPrepare weekly and monthly reports.
●\tCoordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
●\tRecommend improvements to boost performance to the sales team
●\tHelping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
●\tCoordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
●\tIdentify opportunities to improve sales performance
●\tMonitor market conditions in relation to competitors
●\tDeal with various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements
●\tMaintain a professional company image at all times

Goals and Expectations

●\tGenerate $500,000 in new sales 1st year
●\tGenerate $1 million in new sales 2nd year
●\tGenerate $25K in managed service sales per quarter
●\tGenerate $250K in hardware/software sales per quarter
●\tMake 50 phone calls to prospective customers per week
●\tGenerate 3 F2F appointments with new customers per week
●\tMake 50 phone calls per week to existing clients
●\tConduct 10 account review meetings per month
●\tMaximize presence in Pitt and Craven Counties
●\tExpand our reach into Martin, Edgecombe, Wilson, Greene, Jones, Carteret, Pamlico & Beaufort Counties.
●\tComplete Buyer Facilitation Training within 6 months and participate in continuing education
●\tMaintain 20 in office hours per week
●\tBusiness casual dress code with company name tag

Required Skills
●\t3-5 years in sales within a B2B setting
●\tBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
●\tProven experience as a sales representative in the industry preferred
●\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
●\tSuperb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
●\tStrong customer service and rapport
●\tGreat persuasive and negotiation skills
●\tAbility to balance persuasion with professionalism
●\tStrong organizational skills

●\tProven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
●\tUnderstanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits

First 90 days
●\tBase salary plus auto allowance per two-week pay period
●\tCommission Plan

After 90 Days
●\tBase salary reduced pay period, plus auto allowance
●\tCommission Plan

There is no cap on commissions earned at any time. Commissions are accrued every 30 days based on the actual revenue collected from your clients. Accrued commission is reported to your monthly in a commission statement, which outlines the payout dates for those commissions for the following month.
ATX and Paid Holidays: Accrue PTO immediately after start date based on rates found in the PAC employee handbook. Paid holidays available immediately after start date based on company holiday schedule. Consult employee handbook for more details.
Benefits: After 90 days, receive, dental, and vision coverage with $0 out-of-paycheck premium. Coverage extends to spouses and all eligible dependents.
To receive any base, commissions, PTO, or paid holidays, you must be a current employee in good standing with the company.

Onboarding:

First 30 days
