Job Description

Job #18154: Legal Administrative Assistant

Well-established law firm is looking to hire a temporary Legal Administrative Assistant for its Westchester County, New York team.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented professional with:
●   4+ years of commercial litigation secretarial/administrative support experience
●   Real estate litigation experience, a plus
●   Experience transcribing documents via Dictaphone, strongly desired
●   Proficiency in Microsoft Office
●   Document management software experience, a plus
●   Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Legal Administrative Assistant will:
●   Provide high-level administrative support to Partners and Associates
●   Maintain and organize files
●   Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences
●   Type, prepare and proofread legal documents
●   Assist with additional assignments, as needed

Additional Information:
●   Hourly rate: TBD commensurate with experience
●   To start: ASAP
●   Anticipated duration: ongoing, possibility to go perm
●   Full-time in office
